Brief

Replit needed a dedicated page for Agent 3, with a visual identity created specifically for the release. The deadline was one week. Working directly with Replit's marketing team and design agency, we handled the Webflow build and custom interactions, with the timeline leaving no room for rework.

Solution

Turn the identity into motion

Fluid lines were central to the design. A hero reveal introduced that movement, with scroll-based SVG transitions carrying it between sections. A custom typewriter animation added a pixelated reveal, built with GSAP and JavaScript to achieve the effect beyond standard Webflow interactions.

Give each slider its own behavior

The page called for several sliders, each with a different reveal. Swiper provided the slider behavior, with GSAP controlling the animation for each instance. This allowed the transitions to follow the design rather than repeat one effect throughout the page.

Manage video loading and playback

Replit supplied a large set of launch videos. A dedicated loading and playback system managed those assets across the page, addressing the performance demands of the media alongside the animation work.

Result

The page launched on schedule after a one-week build, carrying Replit's product-specific identity from the opening sequence to the sliders and section transitions. The Agent 3 page served its launch and was retired when Replit moved to the next release, the normal life of a launch page. Replit returned for its next project, the Vibecon conference site, which we also built.
