Spherepay
One design system for a global payments platform.
A shared design foundation and full Webflow build for Spherepay, connecting the in-house team's visual direction to a localized site with consistent styles across pages and themes.

Brief
Spherepay provides stablecoin payment infrastructure through an API and business dashboard. Its site needed to explain the offering to developers and business buyers, with enough technical detail for one audience and clear product benefits for the other.
The in-house design team had established the visual direction. Our role was to help define the web design system, carry it into Webflow, and leave a structure the team could maintain.

Solution
Establish the foundations before the build
Working alongside the design team, we helped define theme tokens, button states, typography, spacing, and opacity values across light and dark modes. Those variables were mirrored in Webflow on the Lumos framework, keeping the design and build tied to the same decisions.

Make localization part of the structure
Webflow localization covered translated content, localized URLs, language tags for search engines, and a language switcher across the site's three locales. Every locale runs on the same design system, so translations stay part of the team's regular content workflow.
Keep motion consistent across products
GSAP and custom JavaScript power scroll reveals on the homepage and the API, Dashboard, Private Desk, and Embedded Ramp pages. Every page uses the same motion language, so each product reads as part of one platform.

Result
Spherepay gained a marketing site in three languages and a design system that now underpins its other web properties. The in-house team carries the same styles and components into new pages, with one foundation across design, development, and localization.
We continue on a development retainer, building new pages and features across Sphere's web properties as the product grows.
