Brief

Jumpspeak helps over a million learners speak a new language through AI conversations. The app had moved to a new design system: dark, cinematic and built around real conversations. The landing page still looked like the old product, with a navy palette, stock imagery and a generic app-marketing layout.

That page is where paid traffic lands before the signup quiz, so it carries most of the acquisition load. Jumpspeak had already tested what made it convert. We needed to keep that logic and rebuild everything around it so the page felt like the app people were about to use.

Solution

A new visual language on a proven structure

Jumpspeak's existing homepage gave us the base: its content and structure were already working, so we kept them. The visual direction came from the app. We took key pieces of its design system, including the dark surfaces, accent blue and conversation UI, and built a page that looks and feels like the product people are about to open.

Show the product, not stock photos

The page demonstrates the product instead of describing it. The hero uses video persona cards speaking in the target language. Scenario chips, a live audio player and a face-to-face video conversation show each feature in action, and a tabbed carousel walks through real lessons for work, travel, dating and friends.

Rebuilt for conversion

On top of that structure, we tightened every step toward signup. Social proof sits in the hero subline. Every section closes with a CTA and the same risk reducer: 100 days risk-free, 23 languages. Reviews run in a two-row marquee with App Store and Google Play attribution, and the comparison table highlights Jumpspeak's column.

Heavy on motion, light on load

The page is full of video, animated UI and looping marquees, which is exactly what tends to make landing pages slow. Every animated asset is lazy loaded and optimized, so the motion appears as you scroll without slowing the first view.

A system under a legacy site

The existing Webflow site had no system behind it: no shared classes, no components, nothing to build on. Before any development, we integrated the Lumos framework properly across the project, giving the site a consistent structure for spacing, type and color.

Everything on the page is built from components the team can edit safely without breaking the layout. A library of Lumos base components lets them assemble new pages and sections from the same building blocks, so the site can keep growing at the same quality.

Result

The acquisition page finally matches the product, and the site underneath it has a system it never had. What was a page-by-page legacy build is now componentized, themed, and built for motion, and Jumpspeak's team can create new pages from the same components, at the same quality, without starting from scratch.
